Buffalo Jackfruit Stuffed Sweet Potato

I love this buffalo jackfruit stuffed sweet potato recipe because its so simple to make and it tastes amazing! It takes around 10-15 minutes to make and is made with only healthy whole-food & plant-based ingredients. Frozen fruit is always better for smoothies, not only because you can keep them in the freezer without worrying about them going bad, but frozen fruit makes your smoothie thicker, and it gives it makes it more like an icy texture rather than a thinner juice. Which is why you make “nicecream” with frozen bananas and not fresh ones….

37 Homely Vegan Recipes That Will Make You Excited For Autumn

Now I know I’m not the only person who absolutely loves it this time of the year. Autumn is finally here & who doesn’t love walking through the park when the trees become a lovely orange colour & the leaves are crunchy on the floor.
