This 2 Minute Banana Coffee Frappe is an amazing alternative to the standard sugar-filled frappucchino. And this recipe is gluten-free, oil-free, refined sugar-free and vegan!

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee granules
  • 1 3/4 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
  • A few drops of sugar-free vanilla flavouring

Instructions

  1. If you want to make this recipe for the week ahead then take a few very spotty bananas, chop them up into small pieces and put in the freezer to freeze overnight. I use the reusable ziplock bags for this!
  2. To make this yummy banana coffee frappe, all you have to do is add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until it’s creamy and smooth.
  3. If you want to make your frappe very frothy then leave it in the fridge for 5 minutes after you’ve just made it, and it will be perfectly frothy enough for you! Enjoy!
