Salted Caramel Oat Bowl With Addictive Raw Caramel Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Oats
  • 1/2 cup Plant-based milk (Soya, Oat, Almond)
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tbsp Agave Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries
  • 1 tbsp Cacao Nibs
  • 3/4 Walnuts
  • 6 Medjool Dates
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Start by adding plant-based milk to your oats and place them in the microwave (check the packet to see how long for).

  2. Cut your banana in half and place on a small frying pan with 1 tbsp of agave syrup. Cook this for a few minutes until the banana is nice and caramelised.

  3. Add your 6 Medjool Dates, 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract +1/2 cup Water to a small blender + blend until smooth. This sauce is addictive!

  4. Add your caramelised banana, cacao nibs, strawberries + walnuts + caramel date sauce to your oat bowl + enjoy!
