Salted Caramel Oat Bowl With Addictive Raw Caramel Sauce
- 1/4 cup Oats
- 1/2 cup Plant-based milk (Soya, Oat, Almond)
- 1 Banana
- 1 tbsp Agave Syrup
- 1/2 cup Strawberries
- 1 tbsp Cacao Nibs
- 3/4 Walnuts
- 6 Medjool Dates
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
Start by adding plant-based milk to your oats and place them in the microwave (check the packet to see how long for).
Cut your banana in half and place on a small frying pan with 1 tbsp of agave syrup. Cook this for a few minutes until the banana is nice and caramelised.
Add your 6 Medjool Dates, 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract +1/2 cup Water to a small blender + blend until smooth. This sauce is addictive!
Add your caramelised banana, cacao nibs, strawberries + walnuts + caramel date sauce to your oat bowl + enjoy!
