Strawberry & Apricot Vegan Smoothie

I have been craving strawberries for what feels like soooo long. I think my body is getting sick of the winter weather and it’s starting to miss the currently out of season fruits (like all the yummy fresh berries that are currently £2 per packet… what!?) But in this smoothie we’re going to be using frozen fruit which is waaay cheaper. Frozen fruit is always better for smoothies, not only because you can keep them in the freezer without worrying about them going bad, but frozen fruit makes your smoothie thicker, and it gives it makes it more like an icy texture rather than a thinner juice.
