Walnut, Cacao & Date Raw Energy Bites
- 1 cup Walnuts
- 2 tbsp Cacao Powder
- 10 Medjool Dates
- 1-2 tbsp Water (Only add if mixture is too dry)
- 1/4 cup Desiccated Coconut (For topping)
Add all ingredients to a food processor + mix until it forms a dough.
Start to roll the mixture into small balls. If the mixture is falling apart in your hands rather than coming together, then add a tbsp of water at a time until you can easily create small balls with the mixture.
Decorate your balls with desiccated coconut or whatever you fancy!
