Heat up tortilla chips in oven.
While the tortilla chips are turning nice & crispy in the oven, mash together the ingredients for the homemade guacamole (avocado, lemon juice, chilli powder & salt).
Boil black beans in a pot for 4 minutes.
Cut up the red onion & the chillies.
Heat up the cheese sauce (instructions to make a big batch of cheese sauce below).
Take tortilla chips out of the oven & top with black beans, chillies, onion, cheese sauce, guacamole & salsa.
